The business has always been a family concern, and with the help/love of Mum, Dad , family and friends, we have a Letting and Property maintenance business here in Norman Rd, Bearwood since 2007.
The home of Muskaan Estates Ltd – 1 Norman Road, B67 5PP, has been in the family since 1982, 10 minute walk from Bearwood High Street.
We as a family, and various businesses that have been run through 1 Norman Road, have been based in Bearwood for nearly 30 years.
The seeds of the business first started when my Dad sent me to collect the rent from one of our tenants in Edgbaston. I at the time was only about 9 years of age, and my only means of transport was my Raleigh Triciycle. ( the good old days ).
At the age of 10 I was helping my Mum and Dad to evict tenants. (please note always a last resort )
The business is named after our beautiful daughter Muskaan who is 11 at the moment and the love and joy of my life and of everyone she meets . ( Muskaan means smiling in Hindi ) , she is the real Director of the company.
The business we do is dedicated to my Mum and Dad, who both died in a car accident in India in 2004.
Fate, all things happen for a reason.
